To be registered as completing the requirements for the certificate program, and to receive a printed certificate, you must complete the appropriate sections below. Certificates will only be printed and issued when all required courses have been completed and all requirements have been met and verified.

GIS User Certificate

Certificate requires a cumulative GPA of at least 2.50 on at least three FHSU courses in GIS, cartography, and/or remote sensing. This must include the two certificate program required courses GSCI 240 & GSCI 360 or prior approved equivalent transferred courses. For each course to count toward the certificate, the student must earn a grade of C or better.
