Macomb’s Pre-Engineering Program is your gateway to a career in Engineering, as well as a great opportunity to discover if there is one branch of Engineering you may want to specialize in.

With your Associate of Science Degree in Engineering, you qualify for positions that include.

• electrical and electronics engineering technician
• engineering technician, and
  
• mechanical engineering.

With a Certificate in Pre-Engineering, you qualify for positions that include

• engineering technician, and
• industrial machinery mechanics.

Credits earned in Macomb’s Engineering Program transfer to many colleges and universities in
Michigan that offer Engineering degrees, and, just as importantly, the coursework provides you
with the basic competencies, knowledge and skills necessary for you to succeed at any of them.
