Silent Witness - Report an Incident

Crime on campus interferes with the learning process, disrupts the quality of life, and indirectly increases tuition. Silent Witness is a mechanism by which any member of the campus community can anonymously report criminal behavior and serious policy violations happening on or around campus. Anyone can report criminal activity and serious policy violations by completing the online Silent Witness form. The online form is sent electronically to Public Safety. Public Safety will review the reports and collaborate with other offices about appropriate responses.

Silent Witness is not intended for emergencies. Reports of emergencies should always be directed to Public Safety by calling 911 from any campus phone or 843-574-6911 from a non-campus phone. If you have seen a crime on campus or have been a victim of a crime on campus yourself and would like to report it anonymously, please complete this form. All information will remain confidential, and this report will not have your return e-mail address on it.

This is a serious crime-reporting service, and all reports will be investigated by law enforcement officials. Please do not report minor campus issues or parking complaints through this online form.
