Attend Lyme Disease Lunch and Learn at CMH 

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) will host a free Lunch and Learn seminar on Lyme disease Friday, Nov. 7 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the CMH Community Rooms located at 1500 N. Oakland, Bolivar.  Information will be presented by board certified infectious disease/internal medicine Edemekong Bassey, M.D.  Dr. Bassey will discuss information on Lyme disease symptoms and treatment options.

Dr. Bassey completed a fellowship at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, Wyandotte, Mich. and his residency at Huron Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio. He attended medical school at University of Calabar, Nigeria. Dr. Bassey is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. His practice includes general infectious diseases, ambulatory antimicrobial chemotherapy, HIV/AIDS care, infection control, epidemiology and chronic disease management.  Dr. Bassey is in practice at CMH Infectious Disease & Internal Medicine Clinic,  located at 1300 N. Oakland, Bolivar
