This program will cover the current and emerging landscape surrounding data privacy and data protection laws. Topics discussed will include threats to personal data such as social engineering and ransomware, as well as an overview of international, federal and state data privacy and breach response statutes. In addition, current trends in constitutional, criminal, contract and insurance case law will be covered.
